Hi everyone. Today I have a super cute polka dot design, using 3D bows!
I used a toothpick for the dots today, I usually use a dotting tool however I find it's difficult to control the size of the dots.
The toothpick worked much better than the dotting tool!
I love the addition of the little bows, I got them in a little nail decal wheel.

Base Coat - Sally Hansen Double Duty
Top Coat - Seche Vite
