Yellow, Grey and White Chevron | Nail Art

Hi! Today I have a cute chevron design using nail vinyls. I chose one of my favourite colour combinations, yellow, grey and white!

I found some vinyls from eBay for really cheap, they work well and they're the perfect size! I wanted this design to have alternating colour of chevrons, so instead of painting my nails one solid colour to begin with, I painted one stripe of grey, then a stripe of yellow, then white. Then place a chevron vinyl in the middle of each stripe of colour, then I coloured in the spaces to create the alternating stripes.

One thing I will say about the vinyls I used, sometimes they can pull off the base colour or when removing them, they can create an uneven chevron look, this meant I had to go in with a small brush and fix any errors.

I love how this design turned out, I don't really like yellow polish too much, but I love it when its combined with grey and white!

I hope you enjoyed seeing this design! This would look amazing with any colour combination, I'd love to try various neutral shades or maybe three shades of the same colour!
