Neon Ikat Print | Nail Art
Thursday, June 18, 2015
Hi! Today I decided to do a neon ikat print, ikat print usually consists of white, black, and a coloured polish, all over a coloured base. I thought it would be good to change up the typical design and go for neons!
This design is really simple, it looks so much harder than it actually is. I started with a white base, then I took the orange shade and randomly created messy triangles. Then I took the pink colour and created smaller triangles inside the orange one. Finally using the green, messily outline the triangles, and add a small triangle in the centre of the pink one.
I love this pattern! It's so fun for summer. You could mix it up and use different colours, I think blue and purple would look perfect!
I hope you enjoyed this cute summery design!
